Our stock and purchases
Each Service Centre keeps several thousand components in stock and can check the availability of spare parts from other Service Centres at any time with our consolidated stock management tool. With a shared database of more than 1,300 suppliers, we can guarantee short lead times and offer many supply possibilities, particularly for obsolete products:

Each extended lifespan delays the need to replace equipment, by extension saving the carbon that would have been consumed in manufacturing it.
On the other hand, we develop solutions to treat, recycle and recover unavoidable waste.
Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), which may contain substances that are dangerous to our health and the environment, is disposed of according to specific procedures that we undertake to carry out through recognised treatment channels.
As part of our clients’ regulatory compliance (Grenelle) and their progress initiatives, we contribute towards improving their carbon footprint.
